The apartment was clean and neat, sufficiently spacious, well heated and the bedlinen was great. Not so the towels - small and thin. Reception staff were very helpful and couteous. The room was very quiet an although we did not expect a view we could in fact see across the inlet to the sea - very pleasant.
It was a very quiet weekend and the first of the school term so not much was happening. The local pub has good food and some entertainment, the Oaks has its own food service which was reasonable. Lots of good coffee shops, etc open in the daytime.
